Refund Policy

Disclaimer


Whilst yoga may be practiced safely by most people, there are certain conditions which require special attention. If you are unsure, please consult your GP before commencing class.
Any equipment supplied or used is at your own risk.
Exercise requires physical exertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and you confirm are fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.

By booking a class, you confirm  that you take responsibility for your own health and safety whilst participating in  Yoga, Qigong or any other class offered by Rebalance Yoga and Qigong and that it is also your responsibility to:

Recognise exercise requires physical exertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and you are fully aware of the risks and hazards involved;
Check with your doctor if you have any difficulties or concerns about your ability to participate in the yoga class;
Advise the yoga tutor of any change in your medical information (including pregnancy) or ability to participate in the yoga class;
Follow the advice given by your doctor and/or yoga tutor.

Your teacher may wish to adjust your position during class, please advise them if you do not wish to have physical contact.

Refund Policy 

​Classes must be paid in advance to confirm your place.
Individual class bookings must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.
Bookings cancelled within 24 hours will be charged as if attended.
If you book a class but fail to attend it will be charged as if attended.

Any unused credits on out of date passes will not be refunded. 

Partially used passes  cannot be refunded*
Workshops and events must be cancelled 96 hours in advance for a full refund or they will be charged as if attended.

*Pre- paid courses and monthly subscriptions and multiclass passes- cancelation where a medical condition prevent attendance will be refunded upon receipt of a doctor’s letter confirming that you cannot attend classes.
